- The function is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of Securities Services Products (primarily Custody, Clearing & Fund Services) from the point of client mandate through to delivery and stabilisation.
- Client are primarily large financial institutions but not limited to.
- Direct reports in the Hong Kong market, matrix management for remaining GCNA markets.
- Strong Project management disciplines.
- Responsible for logging tracking, governance & delivery of new business through the client implementation process.
- Product delivery & enablement.
- Delivery of technical channels to the Client including API's, H2H, S2B including training
- Supporting the senior implementation mangers with the delivery of complex client mandates
- Assisting with the delivery of the project change delivery framework and methodology
- Project managing the implementation of new client business.
- Coordinating and supporting UAT scoping and requirements to facilitate the delivery of new client mandates
- General MIS collation and creation for departmental tracking against KPI's.
- Execute project administration tasks.
- Expectation is that the Regional Head will also directly manager complex client mandates themselves.
- Closely liaises with all key stakeholders involved in the implementation process, which include:
- internal entities such as FSS Sales, Product, Operations, Client Solutions, Prime Services, Financial Markets, Relationship Managers, Client Coverage, DCDA, Customer Integrations (CUI), Technology, Legal and Compliance.
