Manage reservations and plan table placements effectively
Greet and escort guests to give them a warm welcome
Handle guests' inquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail professionally

What You Need

At least 1 year of experience in fine dining restaurant
Good command of English, Cantonese / Mandarin would be an advantage
Pleasant, presentable with good communication skills
Good telephone manner
