Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Trustee Relationship Management, Pensions.Principal ResponsibilitiesRole PurposeRole is responsible to work with a team and handle day to day client management functions for Pensions client including ORSO and series of Fidelity MPF clients.Principal Accountabilities:Impact on the Business:
  • Maintain a good relationship with ORSO and MPF clients
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients on regulatory reporting
  • Liaise with clients including internal relevant parties e.g., legal, compliance team to resolve clients’ requests or enquiries
  • Provide support to clients on new products or service launch
  • Handle pension projects including project coordination, liaison and execution
Customers / Stakeholders:
  • Update clients on the latest legislation update
  • Ensure clients and relevant retirement schemes comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Act on the best interest to scheme members
Leadership & Teamwork:
  • Good leadership
  • Good team player
  • Provide support to other teams within SSV
Operational Effectiveness & Control:
  • Perform assigned duties
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
  • Assist the team to complete various ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • University degree holder
  • Must have 5 years or more pension related experience, including projects experience
  • Familiar with ORSO and MPF related Ordinance
  • Customer-focused and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient PC skills especially on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, and Putonghua is a plus
  • Self starter, flexible and a good team player
