- Advise policyholders and claimants on policy and claims related matters.
- Negotiate and settle claims accurately and timely.
- Ensure each claim is assessed correctly in accordance to policy coverage and within the authority limit given and with adequate reserve set.
- Ensure all correspondences and enquiries, including complaints, are managed, and responded to in a timely manner with excellence claim service.
- Proactively manage all claims in the most effective manner.
- Review outstanding claim files.
- Perform other duties as and when required.
- Diploma/degree holder or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling motor claims
- Prior experience handling bodily injury claims would be ideal
- Insurance professional qualification(s) preferred but not a must
- Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
