- Drive the delivery of digital and business transformation projects
- Manage end-to-end project life cycle from studying the user's stories of internal stakeholders, translating to requirements, analysis, and testing to production roll-out and maintenance
- Lead the business and integration requirements discussion with internal users and develop solution proposals
- Coordinate with both internal and external technical support teams to deliver the solutions to the transformation projects
- Drive transformation projects related to Human Resources, Legal & Governance, Corporate Affairs & Branding Functions etc.
- Monitor the project process, operations efficiency, and delivery
- Analysis of data to provide meaningful insights, dashboards and data models
- Build and develop data pipelines, and dashboards and perform ETL process
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis & digital transformation projects
- At least 3+ years of solid experience in building data pipelines and ETL process
- At least 3+ years of solid experience in designing and developing dashboards (Power BI/ Python)
- Knowledgeable with Agile methodology is a plus
- Experience in Python, SQL, or other relevant tools is preferred
- Strong analytic mind, self-motivated, and able to work under tight schedule
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
