- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing courteous and accurate assistance to customers.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously develop and enhance customer service skills through training, coaching, and self-improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered!
- Prior experience in a customer service role, regardless of environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. Fluency in English will be an advantage.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs.
