About our Client We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Property Officer to join our team. The Senior Property Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing property operations, and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our real estate assets. About the Role

Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial, residential, and industrial assets
Oversee all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property in the portfolio
Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery

The successful applicants

Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
3 years or above on property management experience
Professional Qualification such as PMP Tier 2 licence
Energetic, willing to learn and flexible
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
