- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that positions the organization as a thought leader in digital innovation and public policy.
- Architect and implement a strategic brand uplift plan that enhances awareness, credibility, and stakeholder alignment across public and private sectors.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, reinforcing the organization's values and mission.
- Oversee the end-to-end MARCOM function, providing direction to a high-performing team to deliver on brand, content, and campaign objectives.
- Lead the creation of impactful marketing assets, including executive speeches, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, and digital content.
- Maintain editorial oversight of the corporate website and digital channels, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison for media and analyst engagements, proactively cultivating relationships to secure coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
- Develop and execute media strategies, including press releases, speaking engagements, op-eds, and interview briefings for senior executives.
- Ensure the organization's narrative is communicated effectively and strategically across all external channels.
- Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance with international standards.
- Lead branding perception initiatives, including surveys and stakeholder feedback programs to measure and optimize brand equity.
- Conduct research and analysis on public policy trends relevant to the technology ecosystem.
- Translate policy insights into compelling whitepapers, thought leadership content, and advocacy materials.
- Facilitate dialogue with government agencies, industry associations, and NGOs to influence policy and promote the strategic value of digital transformation.
- Lead communications planning and execution for major events such as conferences, forums, and summits.
- Develop keynote messaging, media kits, and promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and lead generation from flagship platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related disciplines—ideally within government, technology, or regulated industries.
- Proven expertise in executive communications , strategic messaging, and brand management.
- Solid experience in policy research , stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Chinese .
- Strong media network and the ability to craft and pitch compelling narratives.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership capabilities.
- A strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, high professional integrity, and a passion for public impact.
