Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:Job duties:

To lead the team of the Clubhouse staffs in organizing and implementing recreation programs and activities for the Residents
To conduct in-house staff training and prepare implementation plans
To handle the complaint from Resident and take follow-up action
To analyze the usage statistics of all facilities
To conduct daily patrolling for ensuring all sort of services are in high level of performance
To coordinate facility maintenance with Technical Department
To carry out the daily patrol for ensuring the services standard of all facilities
To prepare duty roster and leave arrangement
To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors
Any other duties as assigned by Senior Clubhouse Manager / Clubhouse Manager
Implement the work of company's quality, environmental and occupational, health and safety.

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments
Good command of both spoken and written English
Hands-on experience in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Club House Officer
