Responsibilities
  • Manage the travel logistics and meeting scheduling for Senior Management
  • Schedule travel arrangements with frequent changes and prepare detailed itineraries, arrange visa if required
  • Set up meetings, conference calls and events
  • Maintain calendars with relevant information
  • Review and prepare expense reports
  • Manage incoming invoices
  • Perform research on the Internet and research portals
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of secretarial experience supporting senior management in an international financial services firm
  • Great organisational skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative
  • Team player with high integrity and professionalism
