- Managing phone calls, reservations, and daily bookings using the Table Management System, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
- Welcoming and escorting Members to their tables, addressing initial inquiries, and introducing them to their server.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing special needs (e.g., for children, disabilities, or allergies) and resolving complaints or escalating them appropriately.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring menus are presentable, and handling menu printing tasks.
- Supporting dining room staff with tasks like table clearing, facility inspections, and maintaining Member records in the Table Management System and MCRM.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient, friendly demeanor.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and experience with booking systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, and a retentive memory for bookings.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance.
