Greeting Members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Managing the keys cabinet, lost and found of the Members and properties kept in the Front Office
Handling inquiries and answering telephone calls and taking messages
Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts

Requirements:

Holder of Degree / Advanced Diploma or above holder in Hospitality or related discipline
1-2 years of experience in customer service industry
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of English & Cantonese
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Shift working hours (No overnight shift required)
