S/he will also support agents using group and MPF products as a tool for customer acquisition on domestic business.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain good relationship with agencies through regular visits, briefings and handle agents’ enquiries in timely mannerExpand the no. of MPF license agents and no. of productive agents on group business and MPF businessIdentify and develop cross-selling opportunities to other line of business (eg. Commercial, Personal)Provide effective trainings to agents on group business and MPF productsAssist in develop sales strategies, marketing activities and sales incentive campaigns to support business growthPrepare regular communications to agentsAssist to organize agent events and seminarsIdentify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their applications after the programReview course evaluation for further enhancement or improvementParticipate in the development of long-term plans, training structure, organization, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training missionConduct analysis on information/data/resources relating to section's training activities, and report findings in regular reportsPrepare regular reports on training activities to management according to the guidelines givenNeed to involve in end-to-end eLearning production (design focus)Job RequirementsDegree holder5 years of experience on channel development and training on employee benefits productsPossessing experience in developing other SME businesses is an advantage.IA & MPF license holderAdvanced database and computer skills to prepare reports for incentive resultsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced record-keeping skillsDrive cross selling of life business and experience with agency channel is preferredCPD trainer experience is preferredRequired languages: fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, plus English at a conversational level.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
