About Our ClientOur client, a property developer with iconic brand name in the market, they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the promoting and selling property projects, with a focus on the overseas market.Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
  • Launch creative campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to support decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in property sales and marketing with overseas property knowledge and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with good command of Mandarin.
