- At least 8 years of experience in property sales and marketing with overseas property knowledge and sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with good command of Mandarin.
