You will lead data analytics initiatives and develop dashboards to strengthen operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and decision-making across LO.The Job1. Data AnalyticsLead the development and maintenance of management information (“MI”) dashboards and reports to monitor operational risk indicators and strengthen the management oversightLead data extractions, reporting, and analytics within LO to foster a culture of data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with Compliance, Risk, IT, and LO teams (New Business, Life Administration, Claims and Customer Engagement) to align data strategies with operational needsWork closely with Quality Assurance Team to identify higher risk areas through data analysis for further checkingSupport risk assessments and incident reviews using data-driven insightsAssist in preparing risk and compliance reports for senior management and governance committeesTranslate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable insightsSupport regulatory projects and internal and external audits with accurate and timely data analysis2. Data GovernanceDefine and monitor critical data elements (CDEs) to strengthen control processes and support thematic reviewsLeverage data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and securityDrive initiatives to improve LO data quality and automate reporting processesCoordinate with IT and LO teams to ensure operational systems support regulatory requirements and data integritySupport ad-hoc tasks and projects as assignedThe PersonDegree holder in Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, or related disciplinesMinimum 5–8 years of experience in life insurance operations, compliance, risk management, data analytics or consultingMinimum 3 years of experience in data analysisProficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, VBA, SQL, Python)Strong understanding of AML controls, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk principles is an advantageExperience in data governance, managing regulatory projects, AI and data-driven risk assessments is a plusAnalytical and critical thinking with a solution-oriented mindsetStrong ownership and ability to work independentlyConfident in working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders with good communication and presentation skillsFluent in both written and spoken English and ChineseWe offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.Information collected will be treated in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purpose.
