They define how we engage with our colleagues, with our customers and suppliers, our shareholders, and the communities in which we live and work.To cope with our development, we are looking for talents who share the same values as us.Here is what you need to know about this role:Analyze design concepts, sketches, and photos provided by customers to understand their vision and requirements.Evaluate potential production issues related to measurements, sizes, and adjustments based on customers' input.Engage with customers' technical teams either in person or over the phone to address concerns and provide solutions.Offer guidance and support to factories, customers, merchandising team, and technical team on product specifications and production processes.Inspect samples for style, construction, workmanship, quality, and measurements to ensure they align with product specifications.Collaborate with factories to review customer feedback and oversee sampling procedures to meet quality standards.Support colleagues in understanding customer requirements and resolving technical challenges.Discuss work progress, challenges, and updates with merchandising team to ensure alignment with customer expectations.Enter relevant information into the MQC system and customer platform to track progress and maintain records.Perform other duties as assigned by management.You might be a good fit if you have …Diploma or Degree in Clothing, Textile Merchandising, Textile or related discipline preferred.Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Lingerie, Swimwear and Sportwear for global market.Strong capability to build technical specification file from design sketch.Good product and material knowledge as well as product safety requirements.A responsive and self-motivated person; able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills; capable of building strong relationships with the team and communicating effectively with internal and external parties.Detail and result oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Literate in Microsoft Office Applications.Travel to factories is required.If this sounds like you, Apply Now!
