This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.Responsibilities:
Act as a Project Manager in managing and supporting the GenAI adoption in the Authority including implementation of GenAI/LLM applications and related data preparation to ensure the project deliverables align with the project objectives, scope, timelines and quality
Design and implement GenAI-related products from prototyping to production launch to align the GenAI adoption goal and private GenAI platform requirements with agile approach and using available tools and frameworks
Evaluate and monitor the performance of language models and application systems using appropriate metrics and testing methodologies to identify the most suitable models for various use cases, facilitate system improvements, and resolve outstanding issues through timely upgrades or fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, refine solution designs, and establish data/knowledge management processes for integrating GenAI tools into existing workflows
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth planning, execution, and support for GenAI projects
Work closely with IT governance parties (e.g. Cybersecurity, Management Services, Infrastructure) to ensure projects management, solution architecture and design, and working practice is strictly following AA IT standards, regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct change management activities, including training, community of practice, feedback sessions, and promotion of GenAI use cases to drive organizational adoption.
Stay current on generative AI and airport-relevant AI advancements, governance, and regulations, proactively identifying and recommending opportunities for integration into business strategies, IT plans, technology roadmap, and airport initiatives, and supporting research into their operational and commercial impact.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure the development of best practices and standards for GenAI adoption and development within the Authority
QualificationsRequirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines; certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI/LLM technologies are preferred
At least 6 years of IT experience, with preferably 3 years focus on analysis, design, implementation, and support of AI solutions. GenAI/LLM exposure would be advantageous.
Familiar with Generative AI technologies, including but not limited open-source LLM, multi-modal models, embedding models and related technologies; experience with quality dataset preparation and model fine-tuning.
Experience of working with or knowledge of any of RAG, agentic frameworks, vector/graph DB or low-code AI agent workflow tools, and ML scripting and program languages
Understanding of the best practices of governance, security, and testing methodologies for AI development and adoption
Experienced in project management, business analysis, stakeholder and vendor management, requirements gathering, data management, QA, incident handling, and supporting system integrations; agile team experience with Confluence/JIRA or similar tools.
