Job DescriptionA key partner on brand identity development as well as formulation and execution of the marketing plan. This role will work together with brand marketing manager to deliver consistent communications and collateral in line with the marketing plan as they gain more market presence. The job holder will be responsible for campaign and brand level communication from ATL, Social Media & PR Touchpoint. Communications on a strategic and operational level.THE JOBAssist in developing and executing strategic marketing plan of assigned brands with business objectives, including but not limited to brand vision, value proposition, brand plan, brand awareness, customer first choice, new product launches, campaigns or projectsLead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels, including PR, ATL, BTL, and other communication platforms to enhance brand experience.Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with commercial objectivesTrack marketing effectiveness metrics and KPIs to evaluate and refine brand strategiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Consumer Management and Trade Marketing, to drive channel sales development and evaluate promotional program effectivenessOversee social media content strategy in partnership with the touchpoint team; drive customer acquisition across paid and owned channels by creating engaging, insight-driven content and monitoring performance metricsConduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy and support data-driven decision-makingManage public relations initiatives, including media outreach, partnerships, and KOL/influencer engagement to enhance brand visibility and preferenceDevelop and manage integrated brand partnerships that align with business goals, delivering high-impact experiences for partners, consumers, and stakeholdersMange overall A&P budget to ensure optimal allocation and ROI for brand and trade marketing activitiesTHE CANDIDATEBachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or related discipline4-5 years of experience in integrated marketing role from Retail, FMCG or E-commerce marketingProject management skills and the capacity to work independently (including stakeholder management, communication management, vendor management and implementation)Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent English and Chinese are a mustStrong in numeric with commercial acumen to drive business growth, able to manage and deploy budgets for maximum cost-efficiencyWe offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.PLEASE APPLY to BSH Home Appliances Limited by sending your full resume with present & expected salary and available commencement date via "APPLY NOW".All information provided will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purposes only.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
