Our client is a well known financial services company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a technical engineer to join their team for support their digital office technologies.Key Contributions:
  • Provide Tier 3 support on Windows environment, Exchange Server, Hyper-V infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage digital office technologies (zoom/teams platform, video conference system and more).
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in providing daily support and advice to end-user.
  • Participate in architecture reviews to ensure that solutions comply with standards, policies and corporate approved technologies.
Core Expectations:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system administration and engineering.
  • Hands on experience and strong knowledge on latest Microsoft technologies (Windows 11,Windows as a Service deployment processes, Office 365 products) and Apple technologies management.
  • Familiar with SCCM,GPO.
  • Strong experiences of digital application management.
