- Responsible for general office duties (including document distribution, mailing of claims document and statement).
- Collect and register all incoming claim cases.
- Prepare claims reports.
- Be able to communicate with different parties via phone calls and/or emails.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong working experience in life insurance is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, responsible, and careful.
