- Perform full spectrum of C&B functions
- Handle payroll calculation, final payments, employee benefits administration, insurance administration, taxation, MPF contributions, contracts, onboarding formalities, etc.
- Prepare and compile regular HR reports for management review
- Provide support in annual performance and salary review
- Participate in ad hoc C&B related projects or other duties as assigned
- High Diploma/Degree holder preferably in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in handling sizeable payroll. Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
- Hands-on experience in payroll and HRIS administration
- Strong numerical sense and attentive to details
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably with advanced Excel skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available would be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
