The Company owns several brands, including Delifrance, alfafa, Chatterbox and Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant in Hong Kong. To facilitate our ambitious expansion in the region, we would like to invite personnel with high caliber for the following position:Job DescriptionJob Duties:
  • To be responsible for planning and managing all new outlet and fitting out projects
  • Work with a team of in-house technicians and external contractors for all store fitting out and repair & maintenance works for all brands
  • On-site monitoring to ensure all contractors’ works being carrying out as assigned and meeting the scheduled progress
  • To prepare annual budget, CAPEX projections and tenders and manage within budget
  • To communicate effectively with external and internal parties to achieve the objectives of each project
  • Familiarized with FEHD regulations and handle Restaurant license applications and renewal
Requirements:
  • High Diploma or above in Building Services or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years job experience related to site construction or project management preferably in food & beverage industry
  • Knowledge in MVAC, E & M and fire services is a plus
  • Strong liaison skills with contractors and property owners / management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
