- Managing business stakeholders, leading business transformation, designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions (including those using GenAI), and managing offshore teams in an agile setting.
- Act as a Emerging Technology Business Partner for operation on technology solutioning, engineering, and delivery management to facilitate business transformations.
- Demonstrate strong execution and leadership in delivering technology solutions quickly.
- Effectively handle ambiguous situations, defining and realizing technology solutions in an evolving and agile environment.
- Possess a deep understanding of industry trends and insurance operations within Greater China, and Hong Kong.
- Define the roadmap for the solutions and continuously improve the technical foundation and features towards the target state.
- Proactively identify strategic, innovative, and sustainable technology solutions to address business challenges.
- Translate complex requirements into technology solutions and business outcomes.
- Articulate complex technologies using simple language and storytelling.
- Lead and manage teams to support mission-critical business-as-usual (BAU) applications for Operations, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Manage the availability and performance to achieve defined KPIs and provide necessary analytics and monitoring dashboards for management.
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or Data Science
- With more than 8 years of experience in large IT organizations, with Technology/Delivery Lead capacity and a proven track record in Mainland China's top insurers.
- With project experience for insurance Operations transformations
- Proven experience using popular GenAI technologies (e.g., AOAI, Deepseek, Manus AI, Gemini) for insurance transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing offshore delivery centers and vendors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to work quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering advanced technologies like GenAI for large projects.
- Fluent in both oral and written communication in Mandarin, and English.
