Be a key team member on Program Hire, including but not limited to Graduate Trainee Programme, Internship Programme, Young Emerging Talent Programme, etc.
Maintain a long-term strategic relationship with educational institutions in Greater China region and overseas; Liaise with them on recruitment talks, career fair, etc.
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, campus talks and other related activities as CLP representative.
Collaborate with HRBP, Learning Institution, Organization Development & Talent and Hiring Team to align on early & mid pipeline program initiatives.
Work with Corporate Affairs team on promotional materials for various social media platforms to raise awareness of the program and timely schedule postings to align with programme's promotion timeline.
Participate in the selection and interview process for candidates with hiring team and HRBPs
Monitor the data management - ensure data integrity and effective management reporting.
Business travel to mainland China for campus talks, career fairs, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions in a corporate environment, with experience in programme recruitment (e.g. campus recruitment) being an advantage.
A good understanding of recruitment tools and application tracking systems.
Strong relationships management and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-minded, and willing to learn, with the ability to work in an agile environment and multitask.
Flexibility for travel as needed during peak seasons.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
