  • Be a key team member on Program Hire, including but not limited to Graduate Trainee Programme, Internship Programme, Young Emerging Talent Programme, etc.
  • Maintain a long-term strategic relationship with educational institutions in Greater China region and overseas; Liaise with them on recruitment talks, career fair, etc.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, campus talks and other related activities as CLP representative.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, Learning Institution, Organization Development & Talent and Hiring Team to align on early & mid pipeline program initiatives.
  • Work with Corporate Affairs team on promotional materials for various social media platforms to raise awareness of the program and timely schedule postings to align with programme's promotion timeline.
  • Participate in the selection and interview process for candidates with hiring team and HRBPs
  • Monitor the data management - ensure data integrity and effective management reporting.
  • Business travel to mainland China for campus talks, career fairs, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions in a corporate environment, with experience in programme recruitment (e.g. campus recruitment) being an advantage.
  • A good understanding of recruitment tools and application tracking systems.
  • Strong relationships management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-minded, and willing to learn, with the ability to work in an agile environment and multitask.
  • Flexibility for travel as needed during peak seasons.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
