- Support on cleaning services coordination to ensure office cleanliness
- Provide assistance to General Administration Team on reports and presentations
- Assist in event and meeting planning and implementation
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 2+ years as a Receptionist, ideally within financial services industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers and copiers
