
Senior Development Manager - CRM & ServiceNow

- Architect and lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade workflow and CRM solutions, leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow App Engine and low-code CRM frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable, modular workflows that support lifecycle management across domains.
- Serve as the technical lead and solution architect, managing internal developers and external SI teams to ensure high-quality delivery and platform stability.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and solution blueprints for workflow and CRM systems.
- Oversee platform configuration, custom module development, API integrations, and data migration activities.
- Establish and enforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for workflow and CRM environments.
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring for third-party solution providers.
- Conduct platform health checks, performance tuning, and usage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical training and onboarding for internal teams, promoting best practices in workflow automation and CRM utilization.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and integration standards across all implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise system integration, workflow automation, and CRM platform delivery, ideally from a vendor or SI background.
- Proven track record in implementing ServiceNow workflows using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), including custom module development and API integration.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code development, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and RESTful API design.
- Project management expertise with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
