Job DescriptionCommunication with Designer / Project Manager / Design and Project Director to assist day-to-day project tasks;Assist to prepare tender document for issuance of tenders and for returning of tenders;To produce, monitor, manage Project Program and manage critical milestones;Assist the Project Manager / Design and Project Director in Procurement of materials, fixture, fittings, ironmongeries etc. as required by the Project;Coordinate with Site staffs for the feasibility of design intention;Coordinate with Site staffs with approved shop drawings and mediate any site conditions / constraints suiting design intent and quality control;Work out different materials interfacing/sections details together with site staff to best fit the design intent;Coordinate materials and shop drawings submissions;Prepare site meeting agenda, meeting minutes, daily and weekly reports and submission forms;Liaise and coordinate with clients and contractors.Candidate RequirementsDegree or Diploma holder in Interior Design, Building Services or Quantity Surveying with minimum 8 years experience for Project Manager, 4 years+ experience for Assistant Project Manager;Good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel;Basic knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus;Attentive to details and adaptive to the dynamic site and project management communications;Team-player who is independent, self-motivated, organized and responsible with leadership and good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).BenefitsWe offer 5-day work week, medical & dental insurance, and discretionary bonus scheme to the right candidate.
