- Compile sales related reports to management
- Process new application of Pensions business
- Check completeness of application forms and relevant AML requirements
- Follow up outstanding information on application with both distributors and clients
- Answer enquiries from distributors and customers in services counter & enquiry hotline/email
- Coordinate logistics for sales materials, sales incentive programmes & channel record maintenance
- Strong business analysis skills
- Knowledge of MPF business processes and change management
- Generate and present various sales reports to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of eMPF-related projects
- Collaborate on systems enhancements to improve data management and reporting capabilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, I.T., external vendors, and partners to implement necessary system enhancements to cope with ongoing business needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Support ad hoc projects as needed to meet organizational goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
- University Graduate and above
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Insurance industry, with a background as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is beneficial
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
