The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.Responsibilities:

Responsible to handle BIM modeling works for construction projects
Assist to create walk through, carrying out clash detection and relevant illustration under the contract requirement
Manage on-site BIM teams's and liaise closely with all project stakeholders
Monitor and report performance of BIM Projects and progress

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in construction management or related subject
Minimum 10 years in BIM project management and with at least 5 years supervising experience
Obtain professional qualifications is an advantage (e.g. MHKIBIM or CIC BIM)
Experience or knowledge in E&M or Building Services
Familiar with Mainland China and willing to travel
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager
