Senior Billing and Credit Management Support Analyst (21-month Contract) 高級賬項及信貸管理支援專員 (21個月合約) (本項職位空缺只備英文版本)

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling and updating the general ledger for a range of transactions, such as posting and clearing payment collections, deposits, refunds, write-offs, bank charges, and other related activities.
• Review the customer payment journey and examine the distinct characteristics, behaviors, and preferences of various customer segments to determine the priority for collection activities.
• Coordinate with payment service providers to implement different promotional campaigns.
• Oversee and manage incoming correspondences to ensure prompt and effective responses to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Assist in implementation of payment collection for disconnection and reconnection activities under onsite and remote mode.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between internal stakeholders and external customers to drive ongoing enhancements in service excellence.
• Identify system requirements for new initiatives and plan, schedule, organize and conduct system user acceptance tests to achieve and deliver accurate, timely and effective results.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or degree holder in business administration, accounting or related discipline is desirable.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Able to deal with internal and external customers' enquiries / complaints in a sensible and professional manner.
• Able to communicate well in English, Chinese and preferably Putonghua.
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possession of SAP/Oracle experience, data analytics and/or system automation experience is preferable.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill, customer-oriented, self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently.
• Possession of data analytics and/or system automation experience is preferable.
