As our new Consultant / Assistant Consultant, you will be part of the larger multi-disciplinary Asia Pacific region and you will work within a diverse Environmental and Health team on a wide range of E&H projects across multiple sectors in Asia.You will work with all levels of technical expertise, from entry level team members to seasoned practitioners, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields. You will engage in a continual learning environment through coaching, mentoring and on the job tasks.Job responsibilities:
Your duties will entail the provision of project execution, project management, project delivery of environmental related services for our clients, including:Undertaking green building consultancy, environmental assessment, land contamination assessment and environmental monitoring related projects;Conduct research to support green building standards and its application to projects;Carry out data collection and interpretation, simulations/modelling, report writing, field measurements and inspections for the preparation of project deliverables;Conduct and produce studies related to environmental aspects and sustainability;Carry out site surveys and site supervisions for land contamination studies.Client and project team liaison;Undertake Business development activities such as marketing activities and proposal preparation.Job requirements:

For this role, requirement is as below:A holder of a relevant science or engineering degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in Hong Kong for consultancy work in sustainable buildings and / or land contamination assessment;Green Building related qualification, including BEAM Pro, BEAM Affiliate, LEED AP, WELL AP, etc are preferable;Knowledge on building physics, including CFD, Energy Modeling, Daylight Simulation, etc are preferable;A member of the Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics, or Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Impact Assessment, Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management and/or Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professional are preferable;Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), and have the ability to work independently and effectively with good analytical and communication skills;Having knowledge in database management & IT service, competent in using MS Word / MS Excel and database applications to prepare reports;Ability to strongly coordinate across all levels of organization.Fresh graduates will also be considered.Click the "Apply Now" button to send your application.
