- Act as first-line support for the client management for thousands of notebook computers
- Administrate the client management tool to perform patch management, configuration management, hardware and software inventory tracking and reporting and etc.
- Assess the impacts and implement the software upgrade and security patching of client management tool, Windows OS and some common client software
- Lead a support team with at least one programmer to complete regular replacement for hundreds of notebook computers with tier-1 and tier-2 support, including planning and scheduling with end users, helpdesk call handling, on-site configuration, troubleshooting and resolving any issues reported
- Complete regular security risk assessments and compliance audit exercises for the client management solution and general IT facilities
- Support the team to fulfill IT security requirements of the Government

Requirements - At least 10-year experiences in IT industry
- At least 8-year experiences in supporting Windows 10 / 11 Enterprise
- At least 8-year experiences in supporting Microsoft Office 2016/2019/2021/2024
- At least 8-year experiences in PC LAN support
- At least 5-year hands-on experiences in administrating unified endpoint management software such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Microsoft Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- At least 5-year experiences with/in the Government
- At least one successful experience in completing security risk assessments / ISO audit exercise / IT security compliance audit exercise for a system or general IT facilities in the Government
- Sound technical knowledge to support troubleshooting or usage for common client software including email client (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, IBM Notes), anti-virus client, web meeting client (e.g., VooV, Zoom, Webex and Teams), VPN client, PDF editor (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Foxit PDF Editor), web browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome)
- Strong leadership and staff/vendor management capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Well discipline, hardworking and responsible
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- In-depth understanding of IT security requirements of the Government
Technical Skills:
. At least 8 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN);
. At least 8 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 8 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 5 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA);
. At least 6 months' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST);
. 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Windows Programming (WPG) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Wireless Technology (WLT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 3 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 3 years' experience in negotiation (NEG);
. At least 3 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 3 years' experience in customer relations (ECR);
. At least 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. At least 1 year's experience in quality audit under CMMI or ISO (QAT);
. At least 6 months' experience in site preparation (SPE);
. 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
