operations officer, wealth management (investment bank)

• Strictly follow and implement internal operations procedures
• Handle settlement work, including critical day-end processing, to ensure peak client service
• Accurately and timely process all trade, clearing, nominee, and cash payment activities
• Monitor and manage system day-end processing and comprehensive reporting
• Assist in the daily operation of relevant internal and external back-office systems
• Address client inquiries concerning settlement and account status

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• With at least 2 years relevant experience in securities / futures industry
• Familiar to CCASS, DCASS, CMU, CMT and related system and banking operation
• Proficient in MS Office especially strong in VBA is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Night-shift and flexi working hours is required
