Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

• Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
• Maintain client relations, provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
• Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Structure and execute syndicated and bilateral loan transactions through pitching financing plans to clients, preparing credit approval submissions and related documents, conduction due diligence and leading the negotiation with clients
• Work with external advisors including legal counsels to draft and finalize legal and other relevant documents
• Response to existing clients' needs in terms of deposit, FX, bank account maintenance in a timely manner
• Monitor performance of portfolio companies against credit terms and conditions and identify changes in the companies' fundamental and financial statistics on a regular basis

• 5-8 years’ relationship management experience in corporate banking with proven track record in executing syndicated loans or project finance
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, ability to analyse and make sound judgments on complex financial information, good knowledge on HK and PRC markets , familiar with statistics and cashflow projection.
• Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a good team player.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other relevant qualification
• CFP/CFA qualification preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
