- Handling daily administrative tasks for executives, such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and making travel arrangements
- Managing executive's participation in club/membership matters
- Coordinating public relations activities and assisting with reception duties for executives
- Assisting with the processing of incoming and outgoing office documents and maintaining document filing systems
- Assisting with office administrative tasks, including coordinating employee welfare activities and stationery requisitions
- Assisting with the maintenance of various work systems
- Degree holderor above;
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in related role, experience working in banking sector;
- Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Proactive, detail-minded, responsible, positive attitude and independent work ethics;
- Highly organized and able to prioritize, multi-task and deal with last minute changes;
- Good communications skills and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
- Immediate available is preferred
