Primarily responsible for legal business partner work related to client interactions, including legal document support, drafting, modifying, maintaining, negotiating, and reviewing contracts/documents, as well as addressing legal inquiries from various business departments, monitoring business risks, and continuously optimizing processes.
Provide legal and compliance-related training to company employees and assist in establishing and refining regulations and processes related to legal affairs.
Quickly adapt to the company's business direction, providing legal basis for the company’s operational development, management, and decision-making.
Ad hoc projects and administrative/clerical duties.
工作要求
Full-time bachelor's degree in law or higher, passed the bar exam, and holding a Hong Kong/US/HK/PRC lawyer license is preferred.
At least 2 years of work experience in a leading law firm or well-known foreign institution.
Excellent command of both written English and Chinese and spoken English and Putonghua.
Hold a valid Hong Kong work visa such as IANG for talents or professionals.
