We are looking for great talents who share our values to deliver some projects/campaigns to data marketing and business decisions.About The RoleAs our team transits towards code-based and automated analytics (going beyond excel-based reporting) and expands data capabilities, we are in search of a Performance Marketing and Data Analyst. This pivotal role is dedicated to optimizing analytics processes through advanced technical proficiency. By integrating AI and automation tools, you will not only enhance efficiency and broaden data analysis scopes but also undergo training to grow your business acumen. This presents a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the strategic implications inherent in data-driven decision-making.Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Increase Efficiency in Reporting: Streamline reporting processes using SQL, Python, and AI tools to automate data collection, performance analysis and visualization.
  • Enhance Data Insights: Develop and manage reports tracking channel mix impacts, full-funnel sales-based channel/team performance analysis, paid and organic engagement evaluation.
  • Implement AI Integration: Test and implement AI-powered tools e.g., MCP/ad scripts to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
  • Drive Marketing Efficiency: Analyze marketing performance to optimize ROAS through data-driven strategies.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Routine campaign planning and execution, performance evaluation, plan and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance.
About YouTechnical Expertise:
  • 1–2+ years in data analytics, performance marketing, or growth roles (fresh graduates considered with proven AI tool experience)
  • Hands-on experience in SQL and Python for data analysis
  • Proficiency in BI tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Google Tag Manager (preferred)
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Fluent bilingual skills (English/Chinese)
  • Ability to translate technical insights for cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of marketing metrics/KPIs (preferred)
