At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting an international not-for-profit organization in the search for their Senior Fundraising Officer - Individual Giving.Reporting into the Fundraising Manager, this person will be responsible for cultivating and acquiring donors, supporting and coordinating events, and working in the achievement of team targets and objectives.Responsibilities:

Contributing to developing and implementing the fundraising strategy, programs and fundraising activities.
Researching and identifying prospective donors, cultivating and maintaining the relationships with them.
Coordinating and leading annual fundraising events, innovating on the way the events should be held.
Creating content for digital platforms, publications and promotional materials.
Maintaining donor database, driving improvement in donors journey and retention.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations and proposals.
Other duties as necessary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in relevant field
At least 3-6 years of fundraising experience in an NGO setting.
Event and project management experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Chinese and English
