- Develop and execute risk-based annual audit plans
- Conduct internal audits, IT audits, and special reviews
- Prepare audit reports and present findings with recommendations
- Lead and mentor audit team members on project execution
- Assess internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies and policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance governance practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISM, or CRISC preferred
- At least 10 years of internal and IT audit experience
- Background in large corporations or Big 4 firms is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
