Senior Property Manager (Client Side, Asset Management)

• Manage a portfolio of properties, including Industrial and Residential assets
• Manage service providers to ensure their quality meets company's standard
• As a landlord to oversee all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance
• Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or other related disciplines
• 8 years' or above of related working experience
• PMP Tier 1 Licence is a must
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, Stable and Good communication skills
