Job duties:System Support1. General User Management: Establish and maintain user login credentials and permissions across all systems/share drives, and conduct regular reviews.2. Fund Account Management: Establish and maintain accounts within all trading and valuation systems (including fund accounts and discretionary accounts).3. Broker Account Management: Establish and maintain broker account settings within the CTM/BBG/Valuation/WIND system, and manage electronic interfaces connecting to brokers.4. Report Management: Generate reports for management, fund managers, the operations team, and other users.5. Data Management: Update market data, AUM and revenue data, and provide fund ranking information periodically6. Maintain the Asset Management Business official website7. Automated Batch Processing: Set up scheduled automated batch processing for Operation team8. Address user inquiries related to the system and data9. Provide system training; coordinate with the group IT department to resolve infrastructure and hardware issues; handle system reviews;10. Provide Business Continuity Plan (BCP) solutions and conduct annual drillsBusiness Analysis1. Provide optimized recommendations for business processes to improve business efficiency, save manpower and improve accuracy.2. Design and develop automation solutions.3. Design and develop system processes, user interfaces and database architecture.4. Standardize and systematize data and information.5. Write system specification documents.Job specification:1. Coding background is preferable.2. Relevant experience in similar industry (Fund house, securities firm, etc) will be a plus point.3. Proficient in any 1 or more of the below business related systems: Bloomberg, WIND, CTM, Portia or any other valuation system, website coding.4. Skilled in Microsoft Excel VBA/Macro.5.
