China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.ResponsibilitiesAssist to design and deliver training and development program to drive the manpower growth, uplift agency productivity and leadership competency for agency channelPlan and manage both physical or virtual training activities include workshops, seminars, webinar training etc.Prepare quality promotional material, both print and digital, from content development to production and other ad hoc tasks.Manage course enrollments, records, and reportsLiaise with all stakeholders to identify the training needs and provide supports for ad hoc projects.RequirementsDegree holderMinimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in training or marketing rolesStrong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and positive attitude are requiredProficiency in social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, rednote, etc.) and video editing toolsProficient in using MS office application and other digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to prepare presentation materials and reportsGood written and spoken Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin is preferableGood team player and fast learner
