Accountant - 1 Year Contract

- Prepare and finalize accounting entries and ensure accurate monthly financial book closings
- Maintain inventory reconciliation and fixed asset registers to ensure up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with Accounting Officers to oversee daily accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Prepare monthly trial balance reviews, schedules, and group reporting for the assigned brands.
- Calculate and control monthly rental expenses for each point of sale, and draft monthly accruals for discussion with Business Planning.
- Assist in preparing tax reporting, audited financial statements, and participate in internal audits and control reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experiencein accounting & APAC exposures is a plus
- Prior experience in Retail, Luxury or FMCG is preferred
- Proficiency in [insert specific accounting software, e.g., Excel, SAP
- Fluent in speaking & written in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
