Job Ref:HCClog003Responsible:Handling stock in and out, related documents, assist in packing and moving stockPrepare forms and related documentsProcess logistic document, stock control and time management of deliveryCommunicate with vendors and logistic company for delivering goodsResponsible for RMA process.Ensure the work is being completed on time and the submission of information is correctLiaise with internal departments, warehouse, transport team, external logistics service provider and customers on outbound delivery arrangement and solve their enquires about the order statusAssist to handle any ad-hoc task which assigned by department head處理進出庫存及相關文件，協助包裝和庫存存放準備表格和相關文件，庫存控制和交貨時間管理與供應商和物流公司溝通以交付貨物
負責RMA流程，確保工作按時完成並且提交的信息正確無誤。與不同部門包括倉庫，運輸團隊，銷售團隊及客人緊密聯繫，以協助貨物運送過程協助處理部門負責人分配的任何臨時任務Requirement:At least 2 years or above relevant working experienceProficiency on MS Office and Excel and Chinese word processingWith knowledge in Computer products will be an advantageAble to work independently and under pressure.Short notice or Immediate available is preferred至少2年或以上相關工作經驗熟練掌握MS Office和Excel以及中文文字處理懂得電腦產品知識是優勢能夠在壓力下獨立工作。短時通知或立即可用是首選Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:10 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)Benefits: Aggressive incentive scheme, medical allowance and 10 days annual leaveAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
