We have been present in Hong Kong for 60 Years and are the industry leaders in Pest Control.Responsibilities:Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clientsCoordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progressRespond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfactionAssist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectivenessAssist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departmentsHandle ad hoc projects assigned by SupervisorRequirements:Higher Diploma and aboveFresh Graduates are welcomedCandidate with QA working experience, expecially in F&B will be an advantageSelf-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibilityDetailed minded, well organized and quick responseExcellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsOutdoor work is requiredGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseProficiency in MS office applicationsCandidate with more experience might be considered as Senior Operations ExecutiveAre you interested?
