Degree Level: Any LevelJob Description:We are seeking an Educational Assistant at ESF Hillside International Kindergarten. The position will be a full-time contract from January to June 2026. (It may extend for more than one term). The Educational Assistant will work in partnership with the class teacher to facilitate student learning. Candidates wishing to be considered for the post must have experience working with young children and enjoy working in a play-based environment.Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the classroom teacher to facilitate student learning
Under instruction from the teacher, guide/lead children in individual and small group activities
Through constant observation, gather and document information and report to the teacher on children's progress
Assist in the set-up and tidying away of classroom activities
Requirements
Applicants should be enthusiastic and willing to give full support to the teaching team within the Kindergarten
Qualifications in Early Childhood Education is essential
Excellent proficiency in English is required
Have experience working with young children and enjoy working in a play-based environment which promotes inquiry
