He/she also requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency.What you doCo-ordinate with Branch Manager to collaborate branch sales and operation teamsOversee in-branch counter operation efficiency, operation control and quality, ensure overall branch premises is in good order for daily operationsEnsure full compliance to laid down branch operation procedure and processManage branch audit review and in-branch control checkingResolve branch counter related compliant & provide in-branch operation briefingGuide and coach branch operation staff on need-based sales referralsOversee sales operations to ensure full compliance and mitigate risksMonitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational procedures related to wealth management sales.Collaborate with Risk Stewards to address findings and reinforcementWho you areMinimum 7 years’ relevant branch operation experienceDiploma or aboveSolid people management skillGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong self-motivation and able to work under pressureProficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and PutonghuaPass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing ExaminationsWhat we offer:Competitive base salary.
