About Our ClientWe are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual for a FP&A position. This role is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of FMCG through innovative solutions. We are seeking a talented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our dynamic finance team and support our growth in the Asia-Pacific region.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.Analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to optimize profitability and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives, focusing on product development and market expansion.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with organizational targets.Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the consumer goods, health, or nutrition sector.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using tools like Excel, SAP, or similar ERP systems.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.please send your full resume to [email redacted, apply via Company website].
