Office of Student Affairs
(Post Ref.: 25/203)The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of desirable services for students of the University and enhancing their learning experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering whole-person development and a vibrant campus life for students.Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic promotion, budget planning and management of the Student-Athlete Learning Support and Admission (SALSA) Scheme
Lead the recruitment of elite athletes, and provide guidance to student-athletes from admission to graduation
Assist with sports events and support the integration of student-athletes into campus life and foster their whole-person development
Review and implement plans to promote physical fitness and well-being
Represent the University by serving on committees or task forces for the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Work outside normal office hours, including weekends, as required

Requirements

A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Physical Education, Sports Science or relevant disciplines
At least five years of relevant working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector or recognised sports organisations. Advantage will be given to those with experience in recruiting and nurturing elite student athletes
Familiarity with relevant sports regulations and safety protocols
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong organisational, interpersonal, communication skills and proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.Salary and Fringe Benefits
