Our client is a well known engineering MNC in Hong Kong. As their business is rapidly growing, currently they are looking for a Procurement Officer to support procurement activities for construction and engineering projects.about the job.
As a Procurement Officer, you will ...-Support procurement activities for construction and engineering projects, working closely with subcontractors.
-Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors, maintain a subcontractor database.
-Collaborate with project managers to determine subcontractor needs.
-Prepare and issue subcontractor procurement documents.
-Evaluate subcontractor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
-Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain positive relationships.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices in subcontractor management.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports.skills & experiences required.
-Relevant bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
-Min 2 years of procurement experience in construction and engineering projects, with subcontractor management expertise.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and evaluation.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
-Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.about the benefits.
